When Rest Starts to Feel Like Wasting Time
I've started noticing how often people say they're looking forward to having "nothing to do."
And then, when that moment arrives, they immediately find something to do.
Maybe that's because rest isn't always about having free time.
Sometimes it's about feeling comfortable enough with ourselves when we're not achieving anything.
And perhaps that's a very different kind of skill.
One we don't talk about nearly enough.
